Most customers ask us for our recommendation for the best wine: The best wine is the one you like. We carry several different brands of Wine kits which include concentrated grape juice, pure grape juice, a blend of the two, and 23L all juice from different regions of the world. Kits with a high proportion of pure juice or wine skins will take longer to process, but will benefit from bottle aging and will make a wine that is richer in aroma and deep in color. These wines will take about a year to age to its full potential.
All of our wine kits, with the exception of our special wine, make 23 liters of wine per batch. This is about 30 of 750ml bottles. There are many varieties to choose from and the prices range from $119 to $189 for 4 to 6 week process wine kits and to $199 for our 8 week process wine kits. There will be no extra cost if you have your own bottles. Prices quoted include the kit, service, use of the bottling facility, standard corks, and all taxes.
